RESPONSIBILITIES of The Bookkeeper
- Reconcile and balance accounts
- Compile reports to show cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
- Deposit Bank checks daily
- File tax returns via Avalara
- Handle customer's inquiry calls and ensure customers order
- Originate and finalize estimates
- Process payments for vendors and order supplies
- Processed residential and commercial invoices for this established landscaping company.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED of The Bookkeeper:
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Avalara tax software
- Salary up to $85K annually depending on experience level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
