Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and accounting processes to identify improvements.
• Provide advice on accounting standards, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and present financial reports and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in selecting and implementing accounting software.
• Train clients' accounting staff and manage accounting projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting consulting or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Expertise in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

The Accounting Consultant role is fully onsite in Hudson, OH with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
