Responsibilities of the Director of Accounting & Finance:
- Cash-flow analysis and forecasting
- Assist the outside CPA firm with the corporate taxes
- Process improvement
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Review monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial reports
- Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate
Qualifications of the Director of Accounting and Finance:
- 10+ years of experience in management level position
- Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
- CPA is required
- Healthcare, pharma, hospital industry exp is highly preferred
