About the Company and Accounting Clerk Opportunity:

  • Our client is a staple in the hospitality industry. Due to growth, they are hiring an Accounting Clerk on a contract to hire basis to workin their office in Baltimore, MD
  • Schedule: 100% in office in Baltimore, MD
    • Flexible work hours starting between 8:30-9 M-F

Job Duties for the Accounting Clerk:

  • Prepare the daily bank deposits and control funds
  • Answer general accounting phone line
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to complete reconciliation
  • Prepare billing, entry, and reconciliation
  • Assist payroll with payment calculations and deductions
  • Reconcile credit card and taxes collected
  • Complete month-end journal entries

Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk:

  • Degree in a related field a plus, but not required
  • 1+ years' accounting experience required
  • Basic Excel skills required
