• Managing payroll operations for up to 300 employees across multiple states.
• Handling garnishments, deductions, and filing payroll taxes, including setting up new tax jurisdictions as needed.
• Collaborating with HR on open enrollment, employee onboarding, and processing election changes.
• Assisting with month-end reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensuring compliance with Davis-Bacon rules.
• Taking initiative in owning the payroll process and managing a variety of tasks with varying levels of volume.
• Utilizing Excel for data accuracy, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
