AP/AR Analyst

AP/AR Analyst:

Our client is a well-established service company who is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable AP/AR Analyst to join their growing organization. Strong team mentality and a supportive management team are some of the things current employees rave about.

Responsibilities of the AP/AR Analyst:

• Handle the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process the cash receipts and miscellaneous A/R adjustments
• Complete the month-end close and prepare financial statements
• General ledger and journal entries
• Complete miscellaneous duties and projects, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the AP/AR Analyst:

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, and preparing financial statements
• Hands-on proficiency with Excel and accounting software experience
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize assignments
• The ideal candidate must be a team player and able to work well in a fast-paced small office environment

The Bookkeeper role is fully onsite in Smithville, OH with a salary range of $45,760 - $54,080 depending on experience.
