This position offers a hybrid work schedule after training. Salary range based off experience 50k-60k plus bonus.
Top Responsibilities- Collections Specialist:
- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to handle accounts at various stages of delinquency.
- Negotiate settlements using your articulate communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with a flexible, solution-oriented approach.
- Use skip tracing techniques to locate and contact customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all conversations, payments, and settlements.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Experience Preferred- Collection Specialist:
- 3 + years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
- Previous collection call center experience
- Strong communication skills
