Responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Specialist:

• Manage all aspects of nursing home billing processes, including preparation, submission, and follow-up on claims.
• Ensure accurate coding and documentation for all billing procedures.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with insurance companies and patients.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.

Preferred Qualifications of the Revenue Cycle Specialist:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in long-term care/skilled nursing billing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid billing practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The Revenue Cycle Specialist role is fully onsite in Beachwood, OH with a salary range of $24- $29 depending on experience.
