The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to homecare patients.#INDNURSESResponsibilities:Heres how youll move healthcare forward in this role:Take part in a two-week clinical orientation to learn key procedures, the EMR system, compassionate care, and safety.Assess and evaluate the needs of patients with multiple disease processes and comorbidities and develop an appropriate plan of care.Provides education and strategies for patients and families.Partners with other VNA clinicians and external providers to execute best patient outcomes.Documents all changes in patients condition and updates care plans and outcomes.
