ASAP START BILL RATE: SHIFT: NIGHTS (7P-7A); 7 ON/7 OFF FOR THE SCHEDULE LISTED BELOW 10/10-10/16, 10/24-10/30, 11/7-11/13, 11/21-11/27, 12/5-12/11, 12/19-12/25 NO CALL REQUIREMENTS REQUIREMENTS: - BLS - ACLS - PALS - RRT or CRT LICENSE FOR STATE OF TN - AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN SPECIALTY PREFERRED Puritan Bennett 980 Ventilators, Draeger Savina 300 Ventilators, Airvo 2 High Flow Oxygen Device, Phillips Respironics, BiPAPs, EKG Cart, GEM 3500 Blood Gas Analyzer. Cerner Experience is preferred. Areas of knowledge needed- ICU, Med/Surg, ED Scrub color Navy Blue Patient ratio Varies due to census: 6-20 TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS- TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY The Respiratory Therapist is either registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care to provide Cardiopulmonary Services. The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for following protocols approved by the medical staff and department policy and procedures in order to provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients. Responsibilities include: assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures, delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas, maintaining airways, ventilator management, insertion of arterial lines, intubations, pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gases.
