Position Summary:
Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing is seeking a 2nd shift Polisher/Deburr Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will: Looking for a highly skilled and motivated hand polisher with experience in aerospace products for 2nd shift
Position ResponsibilitiesAssure the manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawingsAdhere to all department and Company quality standardsCheck product dimensions utilizing proper equipmentRefer any issues regarding Deburr and Manual Operations areas to senior leads or supervisorsAssure compliance to all department and Company quality standardsRecord, as required, all productivity on Company systemClean and maintain machinery according to department and Company standardsAdhere to all Company safety regulationsManufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawingsThe ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Familiarity with dremil tools, polishing wheels, buffing wheels, and Cratex polishingFamiliarity with high speed Dotco gunsQualifications:
1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to use go/no go gaugesAbility to use dial calipers
Education:•High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
