Escalera Capital is seeking an experienced Director of Asset Management to lead the strategic oversight of our hospitality and commercial real estate portfolios. This role will primarily focus on hospitality asset management, with additional responsibilities across our industrial and retail holdings. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing hotel assets, particularly with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt, and should also possess strong underwriting skills.This position includes a smaller investor relations component, focusing on back-of-house tasks like drafting investor updates and coordinating with investors to ensure timely distribution of tax returns.
