Staffing Coordinator/Receptionist. This is the perfect position for a multi-tasker!
This is a hybrid position that includes some work in records management, answering incoming calls at our front reception desk, supply ordering and data input of Staff schedules and time sheets.
CURRENT NEEDS: Full time Monday-Friday
JOB SUMMARY:As a Staffing Coordinator supporting the nursing department, you will prepare, adjust, and maintain schedules. You will be responsible for managing time records, time off requests, and provide reports/data, as needed, in accordance with parameters set by the Director of Nursing and state and federal guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:Prior administrative experience, such as scheduling, is beneficial for this roleMust be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and team membersMust be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodationBENEFITS:
