Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site functions including, but not limited to, scheduling, engineering, material control, and day-to-day direction of field activities.
- Ensure all construction work is carried out in line with the company's standards, contractual agreements, and project plans.
- Coordinate and interface with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise craft employee activities. May involve supervising one or more trade groups.
- Monitor and ensure quality control for all work performed, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the standards set forth by the company and regulatory authorities.
- Actively promote and enforce a safe job site and maintain a culture of safety awareness within the entire project team.
- Assist in the resolution of construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required.
- Prepare and maintain records of material and labor costs, among other field reports.
- Participate in the preparation of construction schedule, reports and budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and building construction.
- Proven ability to supervise, direct, and lead field personnel.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety law, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively use them to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using construction software programs and technology.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
