Director of Trucking Operations - Logistics (Bilingual Mandarin)

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement the company's management system for trucking operations, creating annual business development strategies based on market conditions and customer needs, and taking responsibility for business results.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's trucking operations.
• Lead the design of the company's trucking product system and the establishment of business systems.
• Responsible for team building and management, including the selection and development of management talent.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Senior executive in transportation within the U.S.-based trucking logistics companies.
• Business English proficiency at a native speaker level, capable of handling business negotiations.
• In-depth understanding and strategic planning capabilities in cost control, core competitiveness, and operational management of truck delivery services.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Familiar with local B2B delivery operations, with experience managing a fleet of over 100 vehicles, including expertise in pricing, cost control, and fleet management.
