Technical Product Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS

Summary:

Looking for a Technical Product Manager.
The ideal candidate would have started in a technical role and transitioned into product management. The Technical Product Manager will partner with internal/external stakeholders and Leadership to understand the business and technology landscape of the company and creatively define solutions in support of new product offerings, alleviating customer experience pain points and improving the architecture. The Technical Product Manager will own the product end-to-end, create and manage product vision, strategy and roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The Technical Product Manager will be adept at balancing technical knowledge and business acumen, possess great leadership, management, communication and people skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years as a Product Manager in a fast-paced technology-based environment.
  • Experience coaching agile methodologies to Scrum Teams and partnering with Scrum Masters.
  • Driving technical strategy across all IT groups
  • proven outcome-based track record of coaching at the team level.
  • bility to create LLD and sequence diagrams
  • Background in system architecture or design preferred.
  • Strong ability to create presentation decks and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with peer coaches as part of a large-scale Agile transformation.
  • Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align).
  • Extremely organized and able to manage a large team .
  • Strong presentation experience and interfacing with senior executives
  • Solid communication skills
Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • t least 10 years of product management, product engineering experience in the digital and web domain, mandatory in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent and clear ability for communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate the product vision and value proposition to various audiences at all levels, from technical resources to leadership, business focused resources.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity.
  • Customer-centric and user-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating delightful and engaging user experiences.
  • gile and lean product development methodologies, and best practices.
