Powder Coating Operator

The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions carefully and work independently. They will also be able to learn new skills quickly and be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating
• Apply powder coating to metal surfaces using a spray gun
• Cure powder coating in an oven
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Maintain powder coating equipment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some experience with powder coating if preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Attention to detail
