Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications
    • New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant License
    • New Grads and Experienced PTAs are welcome!
    • Computer Literacy
    • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
    • Communicate with Physical Therapists regarding plans of care and progression of exercises and goals for each patient.
    • Assist with progress notes and re-evaluations to improve patient flow and increase patient satisfaction.
    • Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
    • Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
    • Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
    • Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow.
    • Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
