Contract Litigation Attorney

Consilio is seeking an Attorney who has 3+ years of litigation experience in civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice or product liability. The boutique firm were working with specializes in litigation related to injuries resulting from vaccines.
This role is a hybrid setup and would require 3 days working on-site and 2 days remote. This position would be 40 hours per week and requires no overtime. It's a long-term contract with no set end date and they are open to converting candidates into salaried employees.
This could be an excellent opportunity for attorneys currently working in eDiscovery who are looking to return to litigation practice. The target pay rate for this placement during its contract phase is $40-45/hr. Candidates who ultimately convert to permanent employees, however, can expect a significant pay bump.
Qualifications:
- Must have recent experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation, including: Drafting of demands, motions and pleadings; client interaction; court appearances; taking/defending depositions; arguing motions; appearing on court status conferences, and trial attendance
- Must have an active Bar admission in any US jurisdiction and eligibility for admission to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. (DC, VA or MD bar preferred)
- Must be open to a hybrid schedule including 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week
Consilio offers flexible talent placement rates that range per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, candidate's general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
