We are looking for a Facilities Manager who will own virtually every aspect (except Engineering Labs) of running our two Phoenix buildings (Ellwood Ave and University Ave), which are currently home to 500+ ASM employees. We are growing at a dramatic pace and need somone accustomed to moving rapidly and making decisions. You will own the responsibility for vendor management in all areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth operation of all aspect of the physical plant except the Engineering Labs
  • Seating, including capacity management/space management & cubicle planning
  • Security Services
  • HVAC/Cooling
  • Janitorial Services
  • Provision for Snacks, Ice, Water, Coffee, food services etc
  • Landscaping, parking lots, EV chargers
  • Building Repair and maintenance, and remodeling as need
  • Elevator maintenance/repair
  • On-site Shredding Services
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in a Facilities Manager experience with over 500 employees.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors(general building vendors), negotiating/renewing contracts, and holding vendors accountable
  • Experience with all the Facilities-related challenges of a technology company in an extremely fast paced growth mode
  • Ability to lead a 1-2 person team
