If you want to learn more about us visit us at www.panasonic.aero (https://napanasonic.icims.com/proxy/classic-data/classic-data-spa/export/profile/JOB/www.panasonic.aero) and for a full listing of open job opportunities go to www.panasonic.aero/join-us/ (https://napanasonic.icims.com/proxy/classic-data/classic-data-spa/export/profile/JOB/www.panasonic.aero/join-us/)ResponsibilitiesThe Position:The Finance Business Partner will manage and guide business units in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), cost control, month end close and also supporting the regions on all financial activities.Financial Planning & ReportingResponsible for preparing annual Business Plans, maintaining annual forecast and fixed expense targets for the Business Unit (BU).Prepare actual vs forecast analysis as part of the month end close.Partnering with Accounting team to ensure that the financial statements are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.Prepare and present monthly financial performance results to leadership.Working closely with BU leadership and Financial leadership in developing product pricing strategy, short term and mid-term financial planning and P&L management.Financial ManagementServe as advisor to the BU and sales leadership on financial activities.Advisor to BU & Sales leaders on commercial activities including business proposals, contract negotiations, pricing, discounts, etc.,Support the BU and Corporate on new projects and business case activities.Financial analysis on investment activities and provide recommendations.Identify and manage financial risk with recommendations to mitigate the riskOther DutiesSupporting the organization on key strategic initiatives.Identifying opportunities to drive sales growth, profitability and cost efficiencies.PR approvals, Change request approvals, reserve calculations contract support.Provide ad-hoc support to management as needed.The salary range of $98,000 – $165,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
