IT Support Analyst

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESReports and works with assigned lead to set prioritiesRespond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically; may require travel between facilitiesDiagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesTrain end-users in access, security, use and customization of programs and softwareFollow standard help desk procedures/protocolIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention; inform management of recurring problemsTrack and route problems and requests and document resolutionsLog all help desk interactionsMaintain documentation including inventory, ticket tracking and assigned project workStay current with system information, changes and updatesPrepare computer desktops for deploymentLevel 1 Triage Support peripheral hardware (printers, scanners, accessories)May act as the liaison into second and third level vendor support groups to help expedite the support processREQUIREMENTSRequires two years of related experience or equivalent.Knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems.PC and server hardware and configuration including related peripherals.Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Active Directory, Outlook, Email clients; ability to learn health care-specific applications.Knowledge of virtualization, A+ and/or Microsoft Certifications.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills including the ability to provide diligent, prompt, and courteous responses to users' questions or PC issues.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfullyConstant standing and walkingor sitting for long periods of timeMust be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areasConsistently work at a productive paceMust readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changesOPPORTUNITY/GROWTHMid-level certifications path option with employment commitment (i.e., Network Plus, MCSE)To apply please visit: https://www.visittoc.com/about-us/careers/
