We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. At Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, you‘ll have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents through personalized, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents and develop tailored treatment plans to help them reach their rehabilitation goals.Implement therapeutic techniques, including improving gait, muscle strength, coordination, and more.Design and fit adaptive devices, providing residents with the necessary training for their use.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create customized care plans.Monitor and evaluate resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.Participate in care conferences, ensuring a comprehensive approach to resident care.Provide guidance and oversight to support personnel, upholding professional standards.Share your expertise through training programs for medical and nursing staff.Ensure equipment is maintained and create a safe, comfortable environment for all.
Qualifications:
Must hold an active, unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
