About the Role:

The Trade Relations Specialist has responsibility for supporting Departmental Leadership in managing the company's trade relations activities, to include providing daily workflow support and managing relationships and contracts with distributor partners, GPOs and other vendors. This role will also be responsible for helping track the company's rebates, pricing and purchasing plans as well as providing information and support to internal stakeholders to promote the strategic priorities of Palmetto Infusion.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/Education:2 years of experience working in a role demonstrating the ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects on an ongoing basis.Bachelor's degreeProficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.Essential Functions:

Manages daily workflow of the Trade Relations function of the Company, to include managing meeting schedules and following up on tasks and tracking ongoing initiatives.Acts as a liaison with other company departments to support trade initiatives.Participates with Departmental Leadership in regular meetings with manufacturers, GPOs and distributors ensuring that necessary follow-up items are tracked and executed in a timely manner.Responsible for ensuring new locations are properly rostered with all distributors, manufacturers and GPOs to ensure seamless delivery of drugs and supplies at contracted pricing.Supports Departmental Leadership in rebate contracting and pricing negotiations with manufacturers, distributors, GPOs and other vendors. Works with Finance team to ensure appropriate rebate structures are in place and monthly accruals are tracked correctly.Maintains and updates at least quarterly a comprehensive pricing matrix to ensure Purchasing and Finance have accurate pricing information for all drugs and supplies. Works with the Procurement team to ensure contracted pricing matches POs and invoices.Supports Departmental Leadership to ensure quarterly purchasing plans based on committed quantities and rebate structures are established in a timely manner.Assists in the analysis and launch of new drugs and product lines.Provides accurate pricing and reimbursement information for new drugs for key decision makers.Maintains contractual agreements with all vendor partners and keeps current versions of all agreements on company shared drive.Assists in onboarding new data agreements and participating in quarterly business reviews for existing data agreements.About the Benefits:
