Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year

Our client is searching for a General Liability Attorney with 3 or more years of experience. The firm works on complex cases, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, motor vehicle and commercial vehicle cases, civil rights, cases involving institutes of higher education, and more.

Successful applicants will:

Hold a Minnesota state bar

Have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. General liability matters including premises liability, motor vehicle, class action litigation and insurance coverage is a plus.

Have experience drafting pleadings and motions

Have experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for trial.
