In this role, their duties will include performing deep dives into the integrations and documenting requirements, and working with LOB partners to ensure the new solution will address their needs. Once the project is in full swing, the ideal candidate duties will include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project.To ensure success as a Technical Business Analyst, you should demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design. Outstanding technical business analysts combine their IT expertise with in-depth business knowledge.Basic QualificationsExtensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industryAdvanced knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Shell scriptsThe ability to comprehend SQL and other complexAbility to facilitate internal end-user proficiencyEnsuring optimal system functionality via performance metricsAdvanced knowledge of data security and encryptionPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated experience leading design and development activities5 or more years experience in IBM MaximoPMP certificationCompensation:The estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00/hr - $81.00/hr and is an Exempt role.Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.Benefits:We offer comprehensive benefit options which vary depending on role, location, and employment type.
