How You'll Spend Your Time

You will assist with developing and implementing robust analytical models that provide independent valuation and risk assessments of securities and derivatives to support business line decision-making, risk management, and financial reporting.You will monitor and coordinate dealer counterparty approval and exposure process including direct trading, derivative, structural and investing positions to identify price risks that could result in losses in other risk categories.You will collaborate with Manager and/or senior team members to assist in developing remediation plan recommendations when assigned positions are determined to be outside of established tolerance levels.You will proactively identify and assess new risks to the organization through on-going interaction with business lines through monitoring activity, BOKF Volcker Rule analysis, and Market Risk Rule Compliance.You will assist in developing and delivering market risk reports and counterparty exposures to Senior Loan and ALCO executive committees.Education & Experience Requirements

Masters' Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related fieldBachelor's Degree in a STEM field preferredMinimum

1 years'

experience related risk management, risk control, financial analysis, and derivatives valuation and strategyMinimum

1 years'

experience with risk methodologies (VaR, expected shortfall, stress testingMinimum

1 years'

experience with some form of trading participation or oversightExperience in report design, accessing and manipulating data.Developing ability to build and review complex mathematical transformations to determine existing and projected derivative and embedded option security risksDeveloping knowledge of sources, impact and measure of interest rate, liquidity and price riskDeveloping knowledge and understanding of risk exposure measurements and data gathering techniquesSelf-motivation, discipline, task focus, and a proven record of delivering high quality results within strict deadlinesIntellectual curiosity; superior problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; and prompt follow-throughAbility to aggregate and synthesize complex data from multiple sourcesDeveloping oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF, as well as ability to present complex information and issues in a clear and concise manner
