Position Summary

The person in this position performs required quality audits to ensure designed specifications and custom requirements are met. They are part of a response team that initiates an investigation when quality concerns arise on the production floor. Responsible to enter incident reports and work directly with quality engineers to coordinate resolutions.

Essential Job FunctionsReads test schedules, work orders, and performance specifications to determine audit procedureInspects completed assemblies for proper configuration in allotted timeRecords audit results and notes assembly deficienciesTags and tallies all defective materialCreates Quality Incident reports for nonconforming productQuarantines damaged and malfunctioning componentsConfers with engineers, technicians, production personnel, and others regarding audit procedures and results to resolve problemsQualifications

Qualifications

One to three years technical experienceEducation:

High School Graduate or equivalentKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Ability to properly read work orders, blueprints, and schematicsBasic computer and windows skillsAbility to stand for extended periodsGood verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of game testing/configuration fundamentals
