THIS IS A MUST!A willingness to complete training and obtain your NMLS/MLO/state license.Desire to grow into a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer role with pay potential of $100K-$400K annuallyStrong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, plus proficiency in MS Office.Familiarity with mortgage programs and loan types is a plus, but we’re excited to train the right candidate!Experience in financial services, real estate, or related fields is helpful but not necessary.A high school diploma is requiredCompensation:$40,000 - $60,000 yearlyHealthcare (medical, dental, vision)Basic term and optional term life insurancePTO/Sick payReady to start your career with purpose?
