Director of Sales . The right candidate will manage all sales activity, escrow closings and representation to the public. Manage Sales projections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Motivate and coordinate between the department of Sales, Escrow, Marketing, Construction, Product Development, Land Acquisition, and MortgageResolve problems and/or issues pertaining to any departmentMeet or beat set sales goalsCreate new incentives for neighborhoodsEnforce company policiesRecruit and hire future sales representatives. Train and motivate the sales forcePerform a competitive analysis on product, features, and neighborhoods/amenitiesWork with the Marketing Coordinator/Manager and Division Manager on advertisingWork with the agents on all marketing promotionsPerform realtor outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations)Oversee grand openings and new phasesConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companySupervisory Responsibilities

Directly manages two or more employees in the Sales & Markerting Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Fifth-year college or university program certificateSix to eight years of related experience and/or trainingMust have a vehicle and a valid driver's licenseProvide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilitiesPossess exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailPreferred Qualifications
