Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst (Full-time Remote)

BAE Systems is seeking a Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst with exceptional analysis skills to join the Finance Business Systems team. As a Finance Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for working with business leaders and end users to understand their needs and translate those needs into functional requirements. You will utilize your business acumen skills along with your ability to work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. In this job, you will: Document business leader and end user requirements for application enhancements, new application development, process improvements, etc. including current/future state process flows and prototypes Analyze current state process, identify the gaps, and make recommendations for enhancements Identify and understand up- and down-stream impacts of requests and accommodate for or mitigate risks accordingly Identify success criteria for solution/enhancement implementation and associated measurement methodology Monitor development efforts and ensure timely completion of business tasks Develop test scenarios, test scripts and test plans and work with end users to coordinate test execution Monitor issues lists, coordinate and assist with remediation and escalation as needed Develop change management and communication plans Provide end user tool demonstrations and develop end user documentation Assist in driving user adoption and measuring success Provide end user as well as developer support Maintain a prioritized list of requests/projects and prepare updates regarding on hold and in flight efforts Utilize strong communication skills to interface with the Finance organization as well as IT and beyond Work independently, but in a cross-functional team environment Other duties as assigned Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or other related discipline with 4 years applicable experience or Masters Degree with 2 years experience Extensive knowledge in two or more of the following Oracle EBS ERP modules : Payables, Receivables, Purchasing, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Projects, Billings, Procurement, Tax, etc. May be supplemented with SAP experience. Experience eliciting requirements from internal customers and bridging the gap between functional and technical teams. Business Analysis experience supporting multiple projects in parallel from inception to implementation. Proficient in waterfall software development lifecycles methodology and has a strong understanding of system testing and quality assurance principles. Must have strong testing methodology, problem-solving, analytical and in-depth research skills Possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, with business and technical teams Be able to prioritize and self-manage a multitasked workload in a fast-paced environment Experience trumps education, provided the above are met Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with Hyperion or other financial management tools Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
