Hartung Glass Industries is hiring a Driver at our Salt Lake City, Utah plant starting at $18-$20 per hour.
As a Glass Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting glass products to various locations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. You will handle fragile materials with care, maintain a professional demeanor with customers, and adhere to all safety regulations.
Requirements
In addition to driving, this position will be labor intensive, you will load, unload, rack and sorting glass products on a daily basis.Maintain a valid UT driver's licenseHave a current DOT Medical cardMaintain an acceptable MVRMeet scheduling requirements as outlinedPre & post trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain vehicle mileage log (electronic and paper)Complete paperwork correctly (shippers/return slips)Check and secure loadsAccurately track delivery and pick-up of A-racks and slot racksLog in patterns and returned itemsIssues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or deliveryAble to pass DOT regulated drug/alcohol screenAdhere to all DOT guidelinesAbility to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to provide stellar customer service and resolve issues as neededGreat attendance and work ethicOther duties as assignedWhat Hartung Offers
