Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified MT/MLT Generalist to join our laboratory team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and perform quality control checks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field (MT) or Associate's degree (MLT).
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Compensation:

Schedule:

• First shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Working every other weekend; off every Wednesday.
• Availability to cover PTO and sick time for 2nd shift.
• Potentially covering 2nd shift on holidays, except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
