About You
You are the starting point of the candidate experience, playing an essential role in conveying the Lugano story and tailoring our message to various skill sets in revenue-impacting roles. You will source, screen, and interview remarkable talent for Lugano. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director, Talent Acquisition to attract and hire exceptional individuals who will drive our company’s success now and in the future. Your success will be defined by your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, organizational prowess, schedule management, and outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with all levels of the business.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers within revenue-related departments to build strategic hiring plans, create compelling job descriptions, and craft job posts that attract top-tier talent.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Utilize creative sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, industry partnerships, networking), schedule and conduct initial screening interviews with candidates whose skills align closely with position requirements, identifying the best fit for the business.
Interview Support:
Develop effective skills assessments and interview questions for managers, ensuring a thorough and consistent interview process.
Lifecycle Communication:
Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Offer Management:
Take ownership of the offer process, including drafting, extending offers, and managing negotiations to secure top talent.
Data Management:
Ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) is accurate and up to date.
Performance Metrics:
Achieve and surpass KPIs related to specific hiring metrics.
People Team Projects:
Assist with ad-hoc projects to support the People Team's objectives.
What You Will Bring
You have deep knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruiting with a proven track record of managing multiple positions such as sales, marketing, client experience, and other revenue-related positions within a company.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, various job boards + sourcing platforms, and ATS software (Greenhouse preferred).
Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $120,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
