Our team works on high-priority talent initiatives, with a key focus on helping a range of stakeholders navigate changes to behaviors, processes and programs.The RoleWorking as part of the broader Enterprise Technology HR team, you’ll create and execute change management strategies designed to inform, engage and inspire new behaviors and actions in support of Fidelity’s technology talent strategy. With a strong focus on ensuring a best-in-class engagement experience, you will assist with managing and executing change management strategies, strategic planning, and the development of change management communications.Specific responsibilities include the need to:Leverage change management methodologies to create and execute change management strategies that maximize adoption while minimizing resistance, including impact analysis, stakeholder assessment, stakeholder listening channels, journey maps, change agent networks, etc.Draft compelling, clear content for a range of key change communication and learning tactics to help drive a superior, cohesive engagement experience; efforts will include partner and sponsorship activities, communication plans, training solutions and measurement activities.Provide consulting and insight to business partners, colleagues and stakeholders, including shaping change management approaches, positioning, and messaging; includes consulting on or designing executive presentations.Establish change management standards and resources for the broader Enterprise Technology HR team; support upskilling and training.The Expertise and Skills You Bring5-8 years change management experience, including experience guiding high-priority initiatives, developing end-to-end strategies and leveraging standard change management practices and methodologies that address associate needs.Strong understanding of/experience with human resources/talent strategy, including common areas of focus, complexities, issues and challenges.Outstanding written communication/story-telling skills with the ability to draft change communications that translate business need into a compelling case for change; ability to develop content for a range of media and for a range of audiences (executive presentations, leadership communications, newsletters, SharePoint sites, etc.).Good leadership presence with ability to influence, verbal communication, conceptual thinking and problem-solving capabilities; ability to represent large complex problems and solutions at the right level for senior leader consumption and decision-making.Skilled program management capabilities and planning of change management workstream, communications, training, implementation, measurement, and adoption strategies.Strong ability to identify issues and propose solutions; identifies alternative ways to implement work and overcome or circumvent challenges/obstacles.Strong, self-motivated teammate who is able to work independently and with others; ability and desire to develop lasting relationships across the organization through collaboration and a mutual commitment to success.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and nimble environment; self-starter with strong performance orientation, obsessed with quality but can balance pace and perfection and manage multiple, competing and oftentimes shifting priorities; deadline and detail-oriented.Experience in using metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed solutions and make changes as needed.Demonstrated exceptional PowerPoint/graphic design skills.PROSCI, CCMP or other industry change management certification a plus.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience a plus.The ET HR TeamThe Enterprise Technology HR team supports a global team of technologists focused on creating innovative solutions that enable us to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients, customers, and associates.
