REQUIRED SKILLS:Demonstrated ability to create and utilize workplans to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks with a high sense urgency across one or more workstreams; effective at delegating tasks to junior staff while managing the overall quality of project deliverables.Proven critical thinking skills in both data collection and complex analysis; ability to identify data gaps and risks, develop sound conclusions, and create implementable and sustainable recommendations for improvement.Professional and polished written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively summarize information and present findings and recommendations to internal and client leadership; skilled at interactions with varying levels of client personnel from staff to leadership.Ability to apply proven methodologies and best practices to unique client situations; skilled at collaboration with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions to complex business problems.Ability to conduct and facilitate small and large group training, virtually and in person.Ability to observe and validate use of best practices and provide direct feedback to client leaders and staff.Direct supervisory experience including coaching, mentorship, and performance management.CORE QUALIFICATIONS:Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.Bachelor's degree required.Willingness and ability to travel every week and work extended hours as needed.Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).3 to 5 years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare or consulting.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Relevant healthcare operations or people leadership experience on team-based projects with a focus on culture, patient and employee experience, training, and development and/or change management.Project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting with a focus on healthcare, culture and/or change management.Experience with training groups virtually and in person on leadership competencies, functional skills, engagement tactics and change leadership best practices.The estimated base salary range for this job is $100,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $153,400 and is eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.Posting Category
