College

degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism required, relevant equivalent experience and/or advanced degreeo

15 years relevant experience in a high-growth global clinical research organization with direct responsibility for corporate and/or product marketing strategy and executiono

Track record of success in an executive marketing

leadership/management

role at a high growth global clinical research organizationo

Experience leading the branding

strategy and

exerciseo

Understanding of regional marketing in key countries

aligned with Company strategies (

such as China, United States, Germany,

UK,

etc.

)o

Critical thinking, strategic acumen and market insight: The skill to synthesize competitive trends, market data and customer /consumer insights into a plan of action. Comfortable with ambiguity and change.o
