As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we are seeking a dynamic
Growth Marketing Manager
who thrives in dynamic, "figure-it-out-as-we-go" environments. You will drive our lead generation through paid campaigns and help us grow. This role is a unique opportunity to have a massive impact on our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Your Impact:
Lead Generation : Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms to drive high-quality leads.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize targeting, bidding, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
PPC Management : Take a hands-on approach to managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring they are efficient, targeted, and delivering strong ROI.
Budget Management : Manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
Campaign Strategy & Execution : Build and manage end-to-end campaigns with a hands-on approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
A/B Testing : Conduct A/B tests to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting : Analyze campaign data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for future growth.
Collaboration : Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy and visuals that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
About You:
3+ years of direct, hands-on experience running successful paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads, with a specific focus on PPC.
Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably with e-commerce experience, targeting SMB and enterprise brands.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
Ability to think strategically while executing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
