The Licursi Group, a 15-year-old full-stack marketing agency with a strong emphasis on the hardware/DIY industry and influencer marketing, is looking for a Social Media Strategist to service a range of B2C and B2B clients. It’s a perfect opportunity for an independent contractor who wants a full-time book of work at a stable, growing agency.

Position Overview:As the Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing social media strategies that maximize our clients' brand visibility, engagement, and impact. You will lead a team of social media experts and collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to develop and implement influencer programs, social listening/engagement initiatives, and compelling content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.

Provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of social media best practices and emerging trends.

Influencer Programs:

Oversee the development and execution of influencer marketing programs to enhance brand reach and credibility.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and partners relevant to client industries.

Social Listening and Engagement:

Utilize social listening tools to monitor and analyze online conversations, sentiment, and trends related to clients' brands and industries.

Develop engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions with the target audience.

Content Strategy:

Lead the creation and execution of content strategies that resonate with target audiences and support campaign goals.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging and shareable content.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients.

Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve measurable results.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the department.

Client Collaboration:

Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on social strategy.

Collaborate with account managers to understand client objectives and ensure the seamless execution of social campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Extensive experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and content strategy, preferably in an agency setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing industry dynamics.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
