Development and maintenance of clear, integrated processes and procedures concerning standards of production and key indicators for all aspects of manufacturing including business planning, shop floor control, quality control, engineering and reporting procedures.Supports the UNICOR efforts toward designing, developing, and implementing the SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for installation within FPI.Interfaces with the Management Information Systems Branch and the Enterprise Requirements Planning Group in the implementation of the automated system that will support the Millennium program.Oversees development and training of subordinate staff to the Millennium operating philosophy, the enterprise planning system, the varied Corporate manufacturing environments, and the relationship and interaction between these three areas.Salary

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements.Experience:You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position, and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled.Some examples of this qualifying experience are:Knowledge of Systems Applications and Products (SAP) enterprise resource planning systems and processes to include plant layout and machinery used in the fabrication of products.Experience designing, developing, or implementing a SAP enterprise resource planning system.Experience in the development of policies and standards for a Corporation.Experience developing and facilitating training in the implementation of a manufacturing resource planning system.If applicable, credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience. To receive proper credit, you must show the actual time (such as the number of hours worked per week) spent in activities.Education
