Responsibilities: FAST TRACK TO GENERAL MANAGEROversee all aspects of the hotel operations of food and beverage, and events departments.Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.Monitor and maintain quality standards for all restaurant services and amenities.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, banquets, and conferences.Manage inventory and control costs to optimize operational efficiency.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.Requirements:Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of food service management, banquet operations, bartending, and customer service.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software.Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and hospitality operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.We offer competitive compensation based on experience.If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality management, we would love to hear from you.
