Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Architect with at least 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SFDC Identity and Security, SFDC Development and Customization, Salesforce Experience Cloud, SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Data, SFDC Lightning, SFDC Integration, and SFDC Configuration. This role is work from home with a day shift schedule and does not require travel.Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance.Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to safeguard data and user access.Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and experience.Manage SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to ensure proper data access controls.Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.Oversee SFDC Data management to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and functionality.Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.Configure Salesforce settings to align with business needs and best practices.Maintain tracking sheets to monitor project progress and deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SFDC Identity and Security.Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Development and Customization.Have experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.Show knowledge in SFDC Sharing and Visibility and Salesforce DevOps practices.Have a solid understanding of SFDC Data management.Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities.Be able to work independently in a remote work environment.Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Architect.Applications will be accepted until 09/30/2024.The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 - 200,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits
