Partner with, guide and coach senior leaders on successful organizational leadership.Program manage People team offerings and business-identified talent and culture programs, customizing offerings to your client group.Consult with centers of excellence (COEs) on the design and roll out of HR offerings.Partner with COEs on daily work in service to client group needs, i.e. organizational development, compensation, recruiting.Work with business leaders in Finance, Legal, Partnerships and Marketing, assessing complex needs as they surface - level of impact and priority, resourcing needed, communications, and change management.We require:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.12+ years relevant work experience, including HR experience, consulting and operating at a senior manager level and as a close partner to Finance, Legal, Partnerships and Communications/Marketing/Public Relations.Ability to problem solve in partnership with centers of excellence.Comfort level with switching between complex strategy discussions and tactical level work; balance of tailoring solutions and standardization.Great at influencing through relationships, expertise and data and can manage a complex set of partners.Ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.An understanding of how to communicate large and complex change.We prefer:
MBA or Master's degree.Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients.Balanced experience working in startup and established company environments.#LI-HybridThe expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
