iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a
Senior Designer remotely.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
Enhance Visual Consistency Across Campaigns:
Achieve increased adherence to brand guidelines across all assets by 30% by participating in monthly review sessions and quarterly audits by Q2 2025.
Develop Data-Driven Creative Strategies:
Complete A/B testing on at least two key design elements (e.g., CTA, visuals) for every major campaign and improve engagement metrics by 10%.
Drive Innovative Visual Storytelling:
Participate in quarterly brainstorming sessions starting Q4 2023, resulting in at least two new story-driven campaign ideas each quarter.
Optimize Creative Processes for Speed and Efficiency:
Establish a centralized asset library by end of FY25 actively use it for 100% of creative projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design: As a Graphic Designer, you will be the driving force behind bringing our creative strategies to life. You'll create captivating designs for digital, print, and social mediums while ensuring they align with our brand and campaign guidelines.
Animation: Bring your creative flair to life through animation, enhancing our digital ads, emails, and social media designs. Animate graphics, illustrations, and other assets to engage our audience.
Collaboration: Team up with our Creative and Marketing Teams to craft innovative design solutions that maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Your designs will shine from email and social media to internal presentations, blogs, trade show booths, digital ads, public relations, and more.
Creative Strategy: Work closely with the Creative and Marketing Teams to shape creative strategies that elevate our brand. You may even contribute to the art direction for studio and lifestyle photoshoots.
Digital Design: Stay ahead of the curve with UI/UX best practices for web, CRM, and social media. Optimize product images for blogs and digital ads and collaborate with Web/Email Developers on A/B testing for designs, layouts, and images.
Print Production Mastery: Understand the nuances of file formats and digital and print production setup. Take charge of delivering files to vendors/printers and ensure top-notch quality control for print, web, trade show, and PR materials.
Creative Asset Management: Partner with the Art Directors to efficiently manage workloads and meet delivery deadlines. Organize and maintain files for creative assets, including production files, photography, and video resources.
In-House Photo/Video Production: Play a crucial role in product and lifestyle photography, including post-processing and color correction.
Travel and Meetings: Be prepared to travel when necessary and actively participate in weekly marketing and company-wide meetings. Collaborate with the creative team for photoshoots and video shoots.
Requirements:
Education and Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
Three years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or marketing.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and email best practices.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, or other CMS systems.
Fine arts skills, web design, and multimedia design experience are highly valued.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of prepress and printing processes and terminology.
Strong organizational and timeline management skills.
Work effectively both independently and within a team.
A background or interest in fitness or an active lifestyle.
Be ready to work flexible and extended hours to meet project deadlines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, especially in fitness and design.
Possess knowledge in photography and post-production.
