Job DescriptionThe Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Influencer Coordinator

to join our team in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, specifically within the beauty sector, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. This role involves collaborating with influencers, managing influencer relations, and executing influencer organic marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement within the beauty space. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and a proven track record of successful influencer organic campaigns within the beauty industry. You must be able to work in-office 5 days a week. No remote or hybrid option.

Responsibilities:

Consistently creating a roster of 300 or more influencers and makeup artists (MUA's) each month and ensuring the upkeep of the seeding list

Managed and coordinated 300+ monthly influencer shipments, including packing, writing personalized notes, and preparing shipping labels

Craft compelling and personalized email pitches to influencers, showcasing the value of a partnership with our brand

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the outreach process

Work closely with influencers to coordinate campaign details, timelines, and content creation

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple assignments and changing priorities

Monitor social media, influencer + general digital trends keeping abreast of the changing landscape

Show proactivity, resourcefulness and tenacity in problem solving

Monitor and report on the success of outreach campaigns, continually optimizing outreach strategies for improved results. Weekly and monthly reporting

Help create and organize the internal documents including influencer media kits, media briefs, talent rosters, rate sheets, etc.

Researching and sharing industry intel including monthly events and other entertainment / social media / influencer/cultural moments news with the internal influencer, marketing, and leadership team

Maintaining product inventory

Reports / recaps / alerts for internal marketing and influencer teams

Attend and participate in the coordination/execution of events, at times outside of work hours when applicable

Support the rest of the influencer division with additional tasks whenever needed

Brings the voice of the influencers and their consumer followers to the marketing & communication teams

We’d like YOU to have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

At least 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience in the beauty industry

Extremely organized & detail oriented

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced and team-oriented environment

Expert on social platforms and their features including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (at minimum)

Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervision

Expert on Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Familiarity with social media analytics, terms, and their meaning

Experience working events (Bonus)

Experience with creating and managing reports

Physical capability to carry more than 20 pounds when necessary

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
