1Duties:

Position is responsible for all aspects of the credit product including underwriting, deal structuring, analysis, documentation, negotiation, industry research, financial modeling, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing customers in the Food & Agribusiness sectors. Responsible for supporting relationship managers and product partners with the evaluation and implementation of the bank's broader product suite. Involved in comparative analysis of clients/prospects to analyze the competitive landscape in the industry. Produce independent, objective, high-quality assessments of the credit risk and mitigants involved in transactions including preparation of high-quality credit reports. Responsible for economic capital calculations; evaluation of Fed and EU leveraged lending guidelines; periodic client meetings (both online and in-person); communicate all matters of importance to all internal and external constituents; and responsible for monthly/quarterly assessing the received company financial information/covenant checks. Domestic U.S. travel required up to 30%. Telecommuting permitted up to 60%.Requirements:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field plus ten (10) years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in an Executive Director, Credit Analyst-related occupation.Experience must include:At least seven (7) years of credit analysis experience.Experience must also include demonstrable experience with each of the following:Performing credit underwriting and credit risk assessment for middle market and large corporate borrowers;Understanding risk and return models to support traditional lending, structured products, and risk management client relationships;Proficiency in financial modeling, loan structuring, and documentation for traditional lending and structured products;Knowledge of banking laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Fed and EU leveraged lending guidelines;Experience performing credit risk analysis for the Food & Agribusiness sectors;Experience engaging with clients to support relationship managers from both a business development and credit risk analysis perspective.Contact:
