As the Vice President/Senior Director of Outbound Sales at Xometry, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing outbound sales team. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving company objectives through effective sales strategies, team development, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and market trends

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to ensure their success

Set and manage sales quotas and performance metrics

Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field

10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a marketplace

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools

Strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other advanced degree

Proven ability to build and scale sales teams

Experience with a variety of sales methodologies (e.g., solution selling, consultative selling)
