Market Strategy Manager

Leap Energy, Boston, Massachusetts, us, 02298

About Us

Leap’s mission is to combat climate change by enabling a reliable electric grid that runs on clean energy. The electric grid is transforming from dirty (but predictable) fossil fuels to clean (but less predictable) renewable energy. To do so, the grid needs more flexible demand and supply to help maintain stability and reliability.

Leap plays a crucial role in opening up wholesale energy markets to all distributed energy resources, enabling our partners to get paid for providing flexibility to the grid.

We are looking for a Market Revenue Manager to join our team!

Hands-on with a desire to take ownership of complex work processes.

Experience is a plus, but willingness to learn and innovate is a must.

In this role you will:

Build and manage financial revenue models for your respective markets/programs; prepare monthly accruals, forecasts, and reconciliations to actuals; and coordinate on monthly partner payment activities.

Engage with external stakeholders such as state regulators, program administrators, and Leap’s customers.

Develop short and mid-term market strategies that help Leap achieve growth in its customer base and revenue in your respective markets/programs.

Drive cross-functional coordination with Leap’s other internal teams to achieve Leap’s growth and revenue targets in your respective markets and as a company as a whole.

Don’t meet every single requirement? We encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
