As a Product Manager focused on NGFW operations and device lifecycle management, your primary responsibility is to conceptualize, gather feedback from customers and partners, and guide building features that simplify the device lifecycle management of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, user experience, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that solve customer problems and meet market demands.Your Impact
Understand customer problems and use cases intimately.Collaborate with UX, engineering and other product team members to deliver high-quality products that solve customer problems with a differentiated, automated and optimized approach.Own the vision, roadmap and requirements for your features.Engage with the product marketing team and help them develop compelling messaging, impactful sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams.Interact with customers, partners and sales engineering teams in different forums to gather feedback and evangelize the product.Collaborate with technical marketing, sales engineering and technical support teams to train the field teams, gather feedback during betas and help with escalations.Qualifications
Your ExperienceBS/MS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required.Strong desire to take ownership of the full product lifecycle.7+ years in product management.Must have product management experience in one or more areas - Networking, Network Management, Network Security, Next Generation Firewalls.Ideally has hands-on experience in managing devices from onboarding to decommissioning and ongoing device operations.Strong and proven (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills in leading and contributing to cross-functional teams.Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required.Experience in making product decisions based on imperfect market data.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Additional Information
