As Head of GTM Enablement at Carta, you will be responsible for leading a 10-person enablement team that works across both sales and post-sale (customer success, implementation and support). You will work with an excellent, high-achieving set of sales and CS stakeholders and in partnership with a broader 50-person GTM Operations team.Core responsibilities:Educate the business about the role of enablement and build strong partnerships with key stakeholdersBuild partnerships with Product Marketing, Pricing, and BizOps teamsCreate a quarterly cadence that is aligned to the business and key groupsMove the role of enablement from reactive to proactive and data-drivenDrive cross-functional alignment and change with key partnersPartner with GTM Operations to increase sales and CS performance and efficiencyMeasure and provide reports on the impact of enablement to the businessLead the vision for the enablement tech stack in partnership with GTM Operations to improve the systems that help our teams learnPlan and execute key events including Sales and CS KickoffsLead and develop a high-performing team of go-to-market enablement professionalsProvide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive individual and team successThe Team You'll Work With

You’ll be joining a 10 person enablement team across sales and customer success, and be part of a broader 50-person GTM Ops team that drives data, strategy and operations across all GTM Functions. This role reports into our VP of GTM Operations. This is a San Francisco based hybrid role with 3 days a week in office.About You

10+ years of experience in GTM (Sales, CS) enablementDemonstrated success in building partnerships with key partnersStrategic problem solver who can take broad visions to develop structured plans, actions and metrics to execute those plansExperience with Sandler or other sales methodologies and how to implement and leverage themDeep experience and passion for understanding the products your team enablesExceptional communicator with experience building relationships in complex SaaS organizationsNice to have: current or past experience leading a sales or CS teamAt Carta, you’re not just an employee. Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $195,000 - $260,000 in San Francisco, CA.
